The original Mugshots, which opened in January of 2004. Hattiesburg is where it all started for two guys out of college in the right place at the right time. Since then, Mugshots has boomed to become a college bar standard for the south with locations in Starkville, Tuscaloosa and Jackson. Recently named for Best Burger in Mississippi magazine this "all about the bun" menu item has become a trademark. But in Hattiesburg, "the baby" keeps its roots as a sports bar with great burgers. They have live music every night and it's the place to go on game day with TV's all around. It's location is perfect for the Southern Miss crowd and remains the standard bar for the local college age scene.
