Funny bones were tickled at Flood's Bar and Grill on Saturday, Feb. 7, when comedians T.P. Hearn and Reginald "Bruh Man" Ballard took the stage. Hearn is known for his appearances on BET's Comic View and Def Comedy Jam, while Ballard is known for his recurring role on the sitcom Martin as the wacky "fifth floor" neighbor Bruh Man.
