If ever there were a place in Jackson where you can let it all hang out, that place is most definitely the 930 Blues Café. Metromix swung by the popular blues club on Saturday, Feb. 7, and got down with the patrons as acclaimed Mississippi bluesman Bill "Howl-N-Madd" Perry laid down some hill country blues grooves.
