Saturday, Oct. 17 was quite a night at Hal & Mal's. In the Big Room and Red Room there was the second annual Heather Spencer Soulshine Memorial Concert, a benefit for the Mississippi Coalition Against Domestic Violence that featured performances by acts like Passenger Jones, Patrick Harkins and many more. Meanwhile, in the brew pub and patio area, there was an indie rock show with Brooklyn's Vivian Girls joined by locals Cursed Branches and Los Buddies. Metromix's camera mingled between the two events to grab these pictures.
