Beer connoisseurs across Mississippi rejoiced Monday, April 9 after learning Gov. Phil Bryant signed into law a bill that raises the alcohol-by-weight limit in beer from 5 percent to 8 percent.  Grass-roots group and supporters of the new law Raise Your Pints toasted the news with a celebration that night at Wing Stop.
