August 6 was the first Thursday of the month, and so once again it was time for Fondren After Five, the Jackson district's monthly celebration of all its shopping, dining and entertainment destinations. Metromix's camera hit the streets and bounced around from Fondren Corner to Sal & Mookie's to points in between.
