Will 2009 be another banner year for the Fondren Arts District? Probably so, as the ever-growing area has a lot in store with the opening of the Duling School mixed use development and more. Its denizens got '09 off to a great start with the year's first installment of Fondren After Five, it's first Thursday of the month celebration of all Fondren.
