At most bars around town, the only time you'll see someone dressed truly outrageously is on Halloween. But at Dick & Jane's, one of Jackson's top gay bars where looking fabulous is a way of life, it's a nightly occurrence. Needless to say freak flags were flying full mast at the club's big Halloween costume contest, and Metromix's camera was there to give you an eyeful.
