Feb. 16 was Fat Tuesday, the last day of Mardi Gras—so Metromix's camera headed down to Shucker's, the Cajun paradise that throws a Fat Tuesday party every year that might just be the next best thing to being in New Orleans. This year the party tunes were supplied by popular local band Snazz.
