Despite it being a cloudy afternoon marred by intermittent rain, die hard Jackson State University Tigers fans hit the pavement at Veterans Memorial Stadium on Saturday, Sept. 19 for some tailgating before JSU's home opener against their rivals the Grambling State University Tigers, who won 27-17.
