Party pics: Blocktober Fest
The streets of downtown got a little more colorful on Halloween for the first-ever Blocktober Fest, a BYOB outdoor block party on Congress Street between Amite and Capitol. Costumes were required for entry, and Metromix's camera went incognito itself to capture the shenanigans.
