Sweet Potato Queens Welcome Party
On Thursday, March 18, Sweet Potato Queens from all walks of life began invading Jackson for the parties and events leading up to Mal's St. Paddy's Parade. A welcome party for the Queens was held at the Hilton, their hotel of choice, that featured live music from a bevy of local artists, and Metromix's camera was there.
