I kind of get the idea this place isn't what it says it is... I'm very skeptical ever since I thought I saw a Vietnamese person working there. Doesn't seem very Japanese to me!

Food was delicious! Had Parmesan Shrimp & Steak; husband had the House Steak. Steaks were very flavorful & tender. Sides were good. Green Bean Crispers are a great appetizer! Service was good; waitress checked on us several times

I have waited three weeks before entering this review to try to understand the manager and his decisions. Had a large group and he did not care if we ate there or went to any one of the other mexican places in town. I was ready to leave then but group decided to stay. After finally getting seated at our table we waited for twenty minutes to get drinks and salsa. We then waited on our order for another hour with no waiter in sight. Finally caught him and asked about our order and to talk to the manager. The waiter came back and said would be about ten minutes and the manager was in the kitchen working on our order. Fifteen minutes later we finally got our food and asked for manager again. We were told would be right out. Our order had just been made and was hot. Rice tasted like a salt shaker had been dumped in it and not enough shrimp on my daughters shrimp quesadilla to qualify as shrimp quesdilla. Again caught the waiter going by and asked for manager and needed refills. No manager. Another waiter helped with refills and we waited on checks and manager who still had not showed up to our table. Another gentleman at the table finally had enough and went to find him. The manager was leaning against the wall outside the kitchen with no intention of coming to talk to us. After telling him what had happened during our visit. He was full of excuses about how busy they had been, but no apology for taking so long with our order or why he did not come to our table to check on what was going on. Full of excuses but did nothing to take care of his customers. The owners need to take notice of the lack of customer service in Clinton and note that there are two other established Mexican resturants in town that will get my business from now on.

This place has, hands down, the best pizza I have ever had in Jackson. Fresh ingredients. Great sauce. And a delicious crust. We had the Chicken Fajita pizza. It was absolutely amazing. We'll definitely go back.

I was impressed when I saw the Ten Commandments at the front door. the food was awesome and such a variety of everything. The wait staff was very nice and the BBQ ribs and trimmings were just right. I love the dessert bar and really enjoyed my visit..........I was also impressed hearing that the resturant was closed on Sunday. Good for you... Lynn McEntire, Pine Bluff AR

My husband and I have visited this restaurant for quite some time, as the food was pretty good and the price good. However, the situation has gradually deteriorated. We paid a visit a few days ago (March, 2013), and it was awful! We were seated in a torn up booth where tape had been put over the tears. It had come loose and was sticking to my pants; very irritating. I made the mistake of going to the ladies room before eating. There were three toilets, and two of them had bowel movements in them, running over. The other one was covered in urine. The wall had what appeared to be brown feces next to the door. My stomach was quite queasy when I went back to join my husband as I could not help but wonder what kind of condition the Kitchen was in if the bathroom was so deplorable. I stopped a waitress on the way out and advised her but I did not want to go back to check for a followup before leaving. Oh, and there was NO toilet paper in the one working toilet stall. Another thing, I know they are hurting for business, but they make absolutely no effort to make their patrons control their children. We were seated close to a table with several adults that were extremely loud and distracting. They had children that were running around the buffet screaming and grabbing things off the buffet. They were as destructive as a class 6 tornado, but the management said nothing. When we left, I felt as if I had a rock in my stomach. My husband enjoyed the boiled shrimp, and we paid a hefty price for it, I might add. We both agreed after leaving that we would not be back. So, again, customers "gird up your loins" if you decide to brave it and go there. The only positive comment I can make is the little lady that waited our table was very nice and eager to help.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! If you value your health, it is probably best to avoid this place at all cost. The Olive Garden at 6347 Interstate 55, Jackson is the most disgusting restaurant in Jackson Mississippi. I found a nasty food date sticker in my Soup! Who knows what else has been served at this horrible establishment. I worked at a restaurant for years and I know this is very unacceptable. This usually comes from a kitchen staff that rushes food out to the tables with out caring about hygiene and sanitation. I alerted the waiter, who in turn got his worthless manager. The waiter was lazy and very inattentive. The staff did not seem friendly. The manager lied about covering the cost of the meal, and charged me for everything except the tainted dish. I decided to take pictures of the food while he was at the table. The inept manager said "You are not going to post these Facebook are you?" I said I wasn't, and was initially honest and straight forward about it until... I received my bill. Don't Eat Here Period!!

I am born and raised in South Louisiana and Crawdaddy's is just like the the crawfish that I grew up on back home. I have tried just about all the places in Jackson and this is by far the best. Much better than the Crawfish Hut. The crawfish are always a nice size and seasoned well. The fried seafood and sausage is also good. The staff there is always nice. I will be back all season.

On the night of March 8th my boyfriend and I visited The Ole Tavern formerly known as George Street Grocery located at 416 George Street, Jackson, MS. It was my boyfriend, myself and another one of our friends. We all got drinks from the bar. Before we could finish our drinks the security guard was shining a flashlight in our face while walking around stating, “ I’ve had enough of this, and I want everyone out right now.” We never knew what had occurred. We were told to pay the tab and get out and we were also told that we were not allowed to finish our beverages. Not knowing what really occurred on Friday night my boyfriend and I decided to give this establishment another chance. We thought it was a nice place to relax to socialize with our friends. We walked in Saturday March 9th and sat at a table located in the rear of the establishment near the restrooms. We started a tab and were socializing with our two friends. We were rudely interrupted by the same security guard from the night before. He came over to our table and said that we have five minutes to pay our tab and get out. We were all shocked. We asked why we were having to leave and the security guard told us because I decide who can stay and who has to go. My boyfriend paid the tab and then exited the establishment to speak with the security guard to find out the nature of the problem. He says “y’all are two big black guys who are intimidating, and they want y’all to leave”. The security guard comes back to the table where my friend and I were waiting to find out what has occurred and told us that we couldn’t finish our beverages, and that we have to leave because we are with the two black guys. My boyfriend and I are a mixed couple and we had a white female friend of ours along with a black male friend of ours. We are very professional people and conduct ourselves accordingly. My boyfriend is in law enforcement and I am an operations manger for a prominent business in the Jackson area. This whole ordeal was very embarrassing to us. I feel that we were targeted because of racial intentions.

i took my family here two weeks ago and we got to our table it took 15 minutes before the came to our table and it wasnt very many people there. finally they came and bought us drinks and the cups were dirty with food in them so we ask for new drinks and the owner got very upset. so when the food comes out they had the orders all wrong but we just ate any way some of the food we ordered was not cooked all the way. we also notice that bugs were everywhere and food left on tables. when we left the owner asked us why we did not eat and we told him some of the food was not done he got mad and started fussing and using foul words in front of our kids.

The service and food at this establishment leaves a lot to be desired. I was skeptical when we arrived because it was 8:30 and the place was empty. That should have been my first clue. We were basically the only people there. The waitress was supposedly the owner's wife. I ordered a dish that can only be described as nasty. I told the waitress and she replied tersely that it was a popular item, people liked it and she walked off. OMG!!!! Really?!!!! She didn't offer to exchange the dish, she didn't care to hear my needs as a customer, she didn't offer to comp the dish. Nothing. Where is the customer service? I didn't eat a thing. I didn't pay for that meal. After that interaction you couldn't pay me to order anything else from the menu. Needless to say I won't be returning.

This is the WORST Mexican restaurant I ve ever been to! The food and the staff was horrible and they have no customer service! We left a to go plate on the table, came back 5 minutes later and they had thrown it away. I ve never been to a restaurant where they won t fix more food or work with you at all. We also had an issue with a DISGUSTING salad that they wouldn t take off my ticket. I'll never eat here again!

The Flamethrower is my all time favorite burger! It is so good! A burger with sirloin steak, jalapenos, grilled onions, ranch, and pepper jack cheese on a jalapeno cheddar bun! Yum!

The Dance Studio is no longer in business. I highly recommend Applause Dance Factory in Ridgeland. They offer Ballroom, Latin, Salsa, Swing, and Country Western dance instruction. Great instructors and several group classes to choose from each week. Private lessons are are also available by appointment. They also have dance parties every Friday night 8:00-10:00 pm. and some Saturday night parties as well. Great prices, no contracts and pay as you go policy.
