The Sounds are amazing! I couldn't get to the couple of shows they just did here. Glad to hear they plan to come back in the fall.

The Sounds concert photos
On Thursday, July 30, Swedish pop-rockers the Sounds took a break from serving as No Doubt's opening act to play an exclusive headlining gig for Spin Magazine's new "Spin on Sunset" series. Singer Maja Ivarsson (looking and sounding like the second coming of Debbie Harry) and her bandmates rocked a packed house at Los Angeles' Key Club on the Sunset Strip with songs from their latest album, "Crossing the Rubicon." The Sounds plan to return to America for a headlining tour this fall; based on this show, it should make them the hottest Swedish export this side of IKEA.
