The family-owned and operated J. Broussand's is a fine dining Columbus staple, offering French Creole cuisine in an elegant setting. Intimate on weeknights and an exciting magnet on weekends, its new location in the early 1900s historic landmark building (the old McClure furniture store) adds an extra touch of class and elegance with original wooden floors, 15-foot ceilings, deep red walls and reclaimed architectural elements, including doors from the New Orleans Stock Exchange Building and other doors from a historic building in Maine. It's a new place with an old feel — fresh, yet with all the comforts and trappings of tradition.
