Monte's offers tourists a chance to receive a taste of New Orleans right here in Jackson. Freatures Creole and French inspired dishes such as cajun shrimp etoufee and the Bourbon Street ribeye, a 14 oz. blackened ribeye served with a Cajun cream sauce. Monte's is also a great place for the socialites. It's laid-back and business casual setting attracts the professionals, singles and romantics. The service and food at this establishment leaves a lot to be desired. I was skeptical when we arrived because it was 8:30 and the place was empty....

I ordered stuffed shrimp...a common order for me at any seafood restaurant. I had to look under the mostly bread stuffing to find my shrimp...tin...
