Don’t be distracted by the Quizno’s-like atmosphere (it used to be one). This Mexican-Colombian café brings a welcome piece of cosmopolitan fare to Northpark Land. Their specialties are the Mexican sandwiches, or tortas, available in a dizzying number of varieties (to name a few: beef, marinated pork, brisket, tripe, and – gulp – tongue). Also recommended: the Colombian-style empanadas, a pastry stuffed with meat and other fillings.
