It's mainly a whole foods market with a small restaurant serving salads (from their expansive salad bar), burritos, juices, fresh fruit smoothies, baked goods and vegetarian fare. For those in the whole foods know, they carry only the best natural food brands: Eden, Amy’s, Annie’s, Blue Sky, Ezekial, Frontier. In the market they also sell fresh local & organic fruits & vegetables, naturally raised meat & sustainably harvested fish. They've got freshly roasted fair trade-certified coffee and over 50 organic herbs, spices, & seasonings plus other frozen natural food items and a lot more. Since it's a market they offer non-food products and homeopathic medicinal items. Probably the only place in Hattiesburg you can find Dr. Bronner's Peppermint soap, which is an all-natural refreshing must try for the shower.
