A local favorite. The Mexican place to go for downtown Jacksonians. It draws a huge lunch crowd from downtown business workers to Baptist hospital crews. Med students, Millsaps students, MC Law students are the later wave of early dinner crowds and happy hour. It's always the option for a celebration or a big group looking to have a tipsy and loud time. 2 for 1 margarita specials everyday but Friday. Great frozen varieties including mango, strawberry and swirl. The Texas Margarita with clear silver tequila, to avoid any extra junkiness in your hangover is worth a try. Also serving large frozen mugs of Dos Eques, and other imports like Modelo. The best chips and salsa in Jackson. And a mariachi band on Tuesdays. Great for pre-partying any day.
