The Penguin offers a sophisticated restaurant and bar menu, as well as live music, right on the campus of Jackson State University.  For lunch, the the Penguin Daily Special or their famous Hot Dog Special.  The dinner menu features filet mignon, crab cakes, duck a l'orange and Delta-inspired tilapia.
